Brady Stockyards

Brady Stockyards, Atlanta, GA

Off of Brady Avenue, this was a clearinghouse for livestock from the 1800s to early 1900s, known as Miller Union Stockyards.  Now referred to as the Brady Stockyards, this is being renovated as a mixed-use cutting-edge development in Midtown.

B&D was selected to demolish the portion of the structure that had collapsed several years ago as well as the selective demolition of slabs, storefront, and wall openings.  The structural demo is almost complete and we have begun our wall demo of the masonry and concrete walls for all the doors and windows that will be installed.

When it comes to wall saw-cutting, nobody even comes close to B&D in quality and quantity.

General Contractor:  Gay Construction
