Employees and management are trained on an on-going basis on techniques to prevent incidents and injuries.  PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) is required for all employees on the jobsite.

In addition, B and D also requires:

• Monthly safety and jobsite toolbox meetings

• Job specific safety training (fall protection, silica and respiratory protection, rigging, and more)

• OSHA 10 and 30 hour certification

• Equipment specific operator training

• PPE (hardhat, safety vest, glasses, hearing protection)
